Meet Shelley Salay

She was born and raised in Orange County, California, and has been licensed in real estate since 1982. A graduate of San Diego State University, she studied business, marketing, and finance and has a B.S. in Business Administration. She started her real estate career with Keller Williams, spent time with an Independent Broker, and recently joined Pacific Sotheby's International Realty in early 2018.

With a passion for style and design, she can help with details such as staging or renovations, and she can also help prepare a home for sale to optimize the look and feel of a listing. Most importantly, with the expansive breadth of marketing that Sotheby's provides, selling a home becomes strategic and efficient. She is also passionate about helping first-time buyers looking for a home and established homeowners downsize from their existing property. She is an equestrian enthusiast and spends time exercising, snow skiing, and hiking. A resident of Laguna Niguel, she can work with sellers or buyers in any part of South Orange County.
